That’s correct, The Infamous Stringdusters rolled into The Appell Center in York, PA and brought it to the crowd.
All through the evening, the folks in attendance were standing dancing and giving lots of vocal encouragement to the band.
The current tour is in support of the new album 20/20. The title refers to the 20 songs on the album, representing 20 years of the band. They played many of their new songs, and in addition to many fan favorites like “Black Elk” and “Gravity” they included a masterful cover of the Allman Brothers’ “Jessica” that had the crowd on their feet.
The band which has been performing for 20 years consists of Andy Falco on guitar, Travis Book on standup bass, Jeremy Garrett on fiddle, Chris Pandolfi on banjo, and Andy Hall on dobro. These members also have solo projects in and around music in addition to many of the industry’s awards as IBMAs and the Grammys that name a few.

Those of us in attendance were treated to a great night of jamming bluegrass, and to the fans’ rousing approval, the band truly looked like they were having a great time on stage.
With that, if the Stringdusters are in your area make sure you go out to see them and support them. In fact, get out and support all live music! And on that note, get out and support the Appell Center for the Performing Arts which is celebrating 100 years, A Century of the Strand.

Nice work. Stage lighting is difficult to deal with and these are really nice and sharp.
