Tedeschi Trucks Band – Warner Theatre – 3.4.23

The Tedeschi Trucks Band rocked the house at the Warner Theatre in Washington DC on the final evening of their 6 night run at the historic venue. The band’s blend of soulful blues and southern rock had TTB fans dancing in their seats from start to finish.

Led by the powerhouse duo of Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, the band put on a stunning performance that showcased their incredible musicianship and family-like chemistry. Tedeschi’s vocals were raw and emotional, while Trucks’ guitar playing was nothing short of virtuosic during their opening performance of Midnight in Harlem. Harmony vocals were provided by Mike Mattison, Mark Rivers, Alecia Chakour, and Gabe Dixon who also held down keyboards. Tyler Greenwell and Isaac Eady laid down drums while Brandon Boone kept the bass flowing all night long. Kebbi Williams, Elizabeth Lea and Ephraim Owens rounded out the brass section with stunning precision.

The band played a mix of old favorites and new material, including tracks from their latest album series I Am The Moon. Standout performances included All The Love, Bound For Glory, and Idle Wind. The band also ended with an encore of Space Captain by Matthew Moore, a
classic Tedeschi Trucks Band staple at The Warner. Check out the full setlist below.
