Charm City Bluegrass, a Baltimore Tradition Returns

With much anticipation the festival season has started with the Charm City Bluegrass Festival. The return to music in these strange times is now upon us as the City of Baltimore serving as its host. In a book penned by Tim Newby entitled Bluegrass in Baltimore, you can see how Bluegrass was rooted in the city and still has a strong presence here.

All the thanks goes to Adam Kirr and Phil Chorney for all the hard work they put forth to keep this dream going through these unprecedented times. From the opener Justin Trawick, to the closer Hiss Golden Messenger, the music was well enjoyed by yours truly and by the crowd reaction many many more.
