English heavy metal pioneers, Judas Priest, stopped at The Anthem in DC recently and I was there taking photos. The Almighty Priest are on tour in support of their most recent studio album, Firepower. Fans and venue staff alike rocked out as Priest dominated the stage.
The “Metal God” himself, Rob Halford, sang amazingly while the other members of Priest ripped through a set of mainly newer material. The stage set, lighting, and performance by the band were all equally impressive. The fans in attendance were in awe and so was I.

Nice work. Stage lighting is difficult to deal with and these are really nice and sharp.
