Last summer, Ben Folds teamed up with Cake for an amazing night of music at Merriweather Post Pavilion. This summer, Ben returns and this time, he is co-headlining a summer tour with Violent Femmes. Last night, the team stopped by The Anthem along with an opening performance by Savannah Conley.
Violent Femmes were up next and rolled through 18 songs from their expansive catalog including “American Music”, “Breaking Up”, and “Gone Daddy Gone”. Ben Folds took the stage just after 10 PM and performed a 9-song setlist to close out the evening.
