All Time Low bring a hometown feast to The Anthem – 11/26/25

On a cold Thanksgiving-eve Baltimore pop-punk heroes All Time Low served up a heaping of ear candy at a sold-out show at The Anthem Wednesday night.

The band has been on the road for the better part of the year as they wrap up their US leg of their World Tour for their tenth studio album, Everyone’s Talking which hit stores in late October.

All Time Low certainly brought a lot of friends and family to this veritable musical feast with openers The Paradox (which I sadly missed) from Atlanta, Four Year Strong, and Mayday Parade. And, of course, 6,000 screaming fans.

Getting to The Anthem a little later than I had hoped due to holiday traffic, there was still a sizable line getting into the venue, and inside it already felt like things were heating up. Massachusetts natives Four Year Strong hit the stage with a mix of hardcore and pop punk with a heavy energy that had fans crowd surfing throughout their set.

I knew of Mayday Parade, the Tallahassee, Florida band, but I had never seen them live before. As they hit the stage next I was thoroughly loving their fun and lively set. One of the highlights of their set was the playing of the really cool animated video of “Oh Well, Oh Well” from their self-titled album with an intricate story playing across the screens.

All Time Low’s set opened, appropriately, with “[cold open]” from the new album as frontperson Alex Gaskarth performed solo. Then it was something straight out of an episode of Saturday Night Live as each band member was introduced before they all kicked into “Oh No!,” a building song that seemed the perfect start to what ended up being a huge celebration.

It’s been a long time since I’d seen All Time Low. I’m talking close to 20 years. But remembering those old Recher days I think this band must be drawing from some unending fountain of energy because they haven’t lost any of that exuberance.

As guitarist Jack Barakat and bassist Zack Merrick bounced around the stage, sometimes joining drummer Rian Dawson and touring guitarist, Dan Swank, way up on the drum riser that seemed impossibly positioned high off the main part of the stage you’d think we were back in 2005 than 2025.

If the show purely relied on the energy of the band, that would be more than enough, but the set was full of one catchy hook after another, especially those newer tunes from Everybody’s Talking such as “SUCKERPUNCH” and “Little Bit.” And the entire stage design was truly inspired and added to the fun.

The band really pulled from a little bit of everything in their catalog from So Wrong It’s Right forward with the only album not represented being their debut The Party Scene.

Check out All Time Low’s new single “The Weather” on YouTube:

“Home for the holidays,” Gaskarth started. “Just in time… I commend you. I know this is, like, the biggest going out night of the year, but most people go to, like, the dive bar by their parents house.” Musing on how far this band has come he continued, “When we started this band we were 15, 16, maybe 13. I don’t think we every imagined back then that 20 years later there would still be new people finding out about our band.”

But there are plenty more seats at this table as All Time Low made it very clear as fans old and new sang along to what seemed like every song.

“You see the instructions on the screen, right?,” Gaskarth told the crowd pointing to the hilarious airplane instruction-like graphics on the screen. “All I need is some verticality from the audience… some altitude” as one-by-one fans set atop others shoulders making a sea of bobbing totem poles during “Something’s Gotta Give.”

As the speakers played “Goodnight, C’est La Vie,” the band changed it up a bit as they came back to the stage “Butterflies” and “Dirty Laundry” with Gaskarth dressed in a hoodie as he sang to the crowd.

Other highlights included one of their most popular songs, “Monsters” as the whole place lit up ending the regular set before coming back out to encore with heavy hitters “The Weather” and “Dear Maria, Count Me In.”

What a way to bring in the holidays! An amazing show with songs that stayed on repeat in our heads throughout the weekend. All Time Low wrapped up the US leg of their tour, but we all hope to see them back soon.
