Bush and Live teamed up this summer for the ALT-IMATE Summer 2019 Tour and on August 24th, they performed at MECU Pavilion in Baltimore. Bush never fails to deliver a stellar live performance. Gavin Rossdale keeps the crowd engaged throughout the entire set. Their selections of songs included all the fan favorites such as “Glycerine”, “Come Down”, “Machinehead”, and “Everything Zen”. The band has been rolling out a new song on this tour, “Bullet Holes” which was well received by the audience. Towards the end of the set, Gavin took to the crowd, making his way back to the lawn while singing “Little Things” then the band closed out their 10-song set with a 10-minute version of Comedown.
Live followed Bush’s performance with a 12-song setlist including many of their hits from the 90’s, such as, “All Over You”, “I Alone”, and “Lightening Crashes”. The band from York, PA reflected on their years as teenagers in this rural town prior to performing “Shit Towne”. Live included two covers in their setlist, “Losing My Religion” by R.E.M. and “Paint it Black” by The Rolling Stones. MECU Pavilion was packed with fans eager to sing along with two of 90’s heavy hitter artists! It was a great evening on the water in Baltimore.
