What started out as a one day concert at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville in 2011 has grown into a mammoth 3-day festival that, after 9 years, is moving to the  Daytona Motor Speedway to ROCK OUT for its 10th Anniversary May 8th, 9th & 10th!   

Anyone who loves rock music and festivals knows that DWP puts together kick-ass festival lineups…and this year’s announcement to partner with rock legends METALLICA to headline Friday AND Sunday nights has taken the DWP menu to a new level.   DISTURBED is set to headline Saturday night and a diverse lineup is scheduled to keep fans of every rock persuasion with horns in the air.   From Dropkick Murphys to Staind to Lynard Skynard to Anthrax, Welcome to Rockville has covered all the bases, including bringing back Godsmack who headlined the first festival back in 2011.

But Welcome to Rockville isn’t JUST about the music…its about the community, the vendors, Cogs of War, Island Noodles, t-shirts, camping, crowd surfing, more Island Noodles….. it’s about, for a few days, knowing that everything is right with the world and we can’t WAIT to be right in the middle of all that!
