Another opening band made quite an impression this past Sunday night when machineheart opened for Me You at Six at the 930 Club. Even though the band does not have an expansive catalogue, they delivered an engaging performance, clearly winning over the crowd. At one point, lead singer Stevie Scott if the audience were seeing machineheart for the first time. Nearly every person in the club raised their hands. However, not even three songs into their set, the cameras were up in the air. The audience set out to capture machineheart’s stellar performance.
In addition to great music, the band had an engaging stage presence. This was mostly due to Scott’s charismatic personality and incredible voice. Prior to releasing their own material, machineheart gained popularity by producing covers of Katy Perry and The 1975. However, the band has just released their first album, People Change, which was the highlight of their performance this past Sunday.
You can listen to their new album on iTunes and Spotify and keep your eye for them to return to the area. They are definitely worth checking out!
