Sum 41 is closing out their North American tour with four more stops, House of Blues-Orlando on 12/18, The Clyde – Ft. Wayne, IN on 12/20, Monroe Live in Grand Rapids, MI on 12/21 and Delmar Hall in St. Louis, MO on 12/22 before they head overseas for a massive 21+ city tour through Japan and Europe the beginning of 2020.
It’s hard to believe its been 15 years since Chuck hit the airwaves, and with the release of their 7th studio album Order in Decline, which has already secured spots on the Current Rock, Hard Music Album Charts, Alternative and Top Current Albums charts, as well as numerous overseas charts, it was the perfect time to bring their hard-hitting, lyrical, skater – punk, alternative, ROCK SOUND back to the fans.
It sounds like the band is just as excited as we are for this tour. In a recent statement, Deryck Whibley said, “We are so excited to be hitting the road throughout North America for the Order in Decline World Tour. We’ll be combining two of our heaviest albums, as well as fan favorites from throughout our career into one behemoth sized set each night. We couldn’t let this monumental anniversary pass us by and we are so ready to bring two full albums (and then some) worth of music to fans across the United States”. We are so glad they decided to come BACK to Orlando!
In addition to being the consummate rock band, Sum 41 has long been involved in philanthropic endeavors and has been a supporter of War Child for many years. This incredible non-profit organization’s mission is “to create a world in which no child knows war”. They do this by focusing on education, human rights and employment helping wartorn areas rebuild and thrive. Sum 41 has pledged to donate $1 from every concert ticket sold back to War Child to help them continue their mission. More info can be found at https://warchildusa.org/ and https://warchild.ca/
