Blink 182’s album Enema of the State recently turned 20, and the band stopped at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD while on tour to celebrate. Blink 182 is currently on tour with Neck Deep and Lil Wayne in support of the bands 1999 “pop punk classic”, Enema of the State.
Blink hit the stage and quickly ripped through the entire album without missing a beat, literally. No Tom Delonge. He was missed by the fans, but that didn’t stop the excitement. Some of the highlights included blown up aliens, shooting flames, a bad ass rotating drum kit, and Mark Hoppus’ Cure t-shirt.
Blink 182 played a great set. The band have definitely not lost their sense of humor despite all the adulation. Mark Hoppus’ asked the crowd if any one had a “unicorn dick flavored vape” he could hit. Well said sir. He also let the ladies in the audience know “it was okay to fart”. Such a gentleman.
